I hired someone to do my c# form, then after that, if I need to move the button or do any edit it doesn't change, if I changed the title form name, it will be shown the new name on the setting, but when I run it it doesn't, even if I delete any code or delete all the form1 code it's still showing the same thing! I've deleted the bin, debug, and also the same, idk if he locked it up or did something in the setting idk where? after he got his money he didn't response at all. please help me on this
